What we have done, what we know is imperfect, and how to tell us.

Our target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA across this site.
What that means in practice
- Every page works from the keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Text contrast meets the AA threshold. The site's colours are constrained so that an accent chosen in the admin panel cannot be saved if it fails.
- Every interactive control is at least 44px on touch.
- The site respects `prefers-reduced-motion`: if your device asks for less movement, the animations do not run.
- Photographs carry alternative text describing what is in them.
Known limitations
- The route map is a visual component. The distance, drive time and both endpoints are given as text next to it, but the drawn line itself is not conveyed to a screen reader.
- Some documents supplied by third parties, insurance certificates for instance, are PDFs we did not author and cannot guarantee.
- Full assistive-technology testing across the browser and screen-reader matrix is scheduled and not yet complete.
